Most relaxation music is created for the background. Heavy Bamboo Rain was designed for the foreground of your healing. This project is a response to the “Biological Hijack” of modern stress—a high-fidelity somatic tool built to guide your body from Fight-or-Flight back into Rest-and-Digest.
